Sustainable Construction Solutions works with organisations to develop their sustainability strategy, helping them realise their objectives through cost effective solutions. We specialise in embedding resource efficiency and the responsible sourcing of materials, in particular timber, ultimately moving organisations towards a circular economy business model. We can also develop and implement ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems to help embed these solutions.

We can do this through training workshops to identify areas for improvement, carrying out research into these areas, developing and implementing action plans, through to embedding ourselves within your organisation as an interim manager, working with your teams to develop and implement the required solutions, and anything in between.

What our Clients say:

“Charlie has been instrumental in shaping the sustainability landscape at BAM Construct UK. With his expert guidance, he has led on many construction industry issues, in particular in relation to responsible sourcing and resource efficiency. More recently, Charlie has also been a great advocate of the work we do around the circular economy – with his methodical approach, he has a good understanding of key implications of the circular economy to the industry as a whole. Charlie has been a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to call upon his expertise in future..”

Nitesh Magdani – Director of Sustainability, BAM Construct UK

“Charlie has been a great help in developing the overarching strategy for Grown in Britain, as well as leading the work to encourage contractors and their suppliers to specify more grown in Britain timber. I would highly recommend his skills as a projects manager, as well as his knowledge of responsible timber procurement.”
